About

Hi, I'm Luthfi. I'm a teacher, and Teacher's Nook is where I write the kind of guides I wish more parents and home workers had: practical, calm, and focused on how to choose rather than on hype.

What you'll find here

  • STEM & Learning — gift guides by age, screen-free learning toys, and simple ways to set up learning at home. These are written for parents, grandparents, and other grown-ups doing the buying.
  • Home Office — small-space and budget-minded desk setups, shared family workspaces, and gear guides for anyone who works or teaches from home.

How I write these guides

I approach products the way I approach classroom materials: Does it invite real thinking? Does it grow with the learner? Will it survive everyday use? Is it worth the space it takes up? My guides explain what I look for and why, compare common options, and point out trade-offs.

To be clear about what these guides are: they are research-based buying guides and recommendations, not lab tests. I don't claim to have personally tested every product mentioned, and I don't publish star ratings. Prices change constantly, so I don't list them either; always check the current price and details on the retailer's page before you buy.
